1. POLISI PENGHANTARAN

1.1. We offer standard shipping for all order(s) made on deaurora.com.my and within Malaysia only.

1.2. All local order(s) made on deaurora.com.my will be shipped via Poslaju. We will not take any responsibility for any damage or loss occurred during transit. If you wish to add insurance to your order, you can opt for our insurance program

1.3. Delivery fee may vary based on delivery location West or East Malaysia.

1.4. We deliver order(s) to West Malaysia within 3 to 5 working days and East Malaysia within 5 to 7 working days.
Please note that there will be additional 1 - 2 days for handling time before shipping.

1.5. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

1.6. Upon delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery.

1.7. Please note that we do not deliver outside Malaysia and P.O Boxes.

1.8. We deliver in our standard packaging.

1.9. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

(a) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

(b) no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the Contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as provided for in clause 9 (a) above).

You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

1.10. 10. In the event if the parcel is loss or missing during delivery:

(a) If the order is not insured, then there will be no refund .

(b) If the order is insured (you add extra fee for the insurance fee) , then the process of refund will be based on the insurance company. Noted that we do not promise there will be specific timeline for the refund to be made .
